| I was very thankful to have two customer service representatives respond to my email inquiry immediately as to the status of my delivery and even though they could not tell me whether or not my order was completed I felt I could rest easy knowing that someone would contact me ASAP if there was a problem so I could provide a new address (I feared that if the flowers weren't delivered as promised the recipient would have checked out of the hospital by the time of a second attempt). And someone did contact me to follow up and confirm that the order was complete and the recipient later called to say she loved the arrangement.
